  1. To provide undergraduate pharmaceutical education that produces excellent, competent, moral, and ethical graduates with a strong sense of nationalism.
  2. To conduct high-quality research to support the advancement of science and technology in the pharmaceutical field and to become a reference center for the development of natural products.
  3. To carry out community service based on the outcomes of education and research to improve community welfare.
  4. To implement governance of pharmaceutical education that is credible, transparent, accountable, and equitable.
