The Introduction to Campus Life Program for New Students of the Pharmacy Study Program (PKKMB Pharmacy) 2022 will be held on August 15-16, 2022 with the aim of providing briefings to new students so that they can more quickly adapt to the campus environment. The series of PKKMB activities for the Pharmacy Study Program include: introduction to the profile of study programs and lecturers, the S1 Pharmacy Education system and curriculum, introduction to digital facilities used in the learning system, explanation of Study Plan Fills (IRS), Pharmacy job prospects and alumni talks, and introductions to student organizations.
The introduction of campus life for new students is also a contribution to the success of competency achievement in teaching and learning activities in higher education, as well as an educational process intended to increase insights related to the higher education climate in Indonesia, academic activities in higher education, career services and higher education graduates in Indonesia, introduction to cultural values and academic ethics, student organizations and activities, student services, and preparation for adjustment in higher education.
New students who have participated in the 2022 Pharmacy PKKMB are expected to be able to:
- Understand and recognize the new environment, especially the organization and structure of universities, learning and student systems in the Pharmacy Study Program;
- Increasing awareness of nation, state, and love for the homeland in new students of the Pharmacy Study Program;
- Understand the importance of the education he will take and character education for nation building and be able to apply it in daily life;
- The creation of friendship and kinship between students, lecturers, and educational staff in the Pharmacy Study Program.
